Mammmoth 2000 wipeout clip

This was a hard hit from when I first started racing. I was told we were clocked at 53 mph before we crashed. I went right to my forehead on this one. Think long and hard before you put your head in a custom, non-rated helmet! I blew the visor and clips clear off that helmet. I am glad it was Snell 98. I tried the embed Erik but couldn't make it work...maybe this is one of the reasons.

Yeh what caused the crash. It almost looks like you take out the guy in the white but it also kind of looks like he just wobbled out and you ejected over him. And at the very end, does the guy going wide left run over the guy-in-white's hand?

it looks like you three got two close, wheels touched (your front whites rear) and people went flying. the guy to the left looks like he didnt hit the guy in white's hand though. either way that was a brutal crash.

I think it looks like when Gary (white) crossed over the yellow in the road his back truck wobbled, and then everything was downhill from there.

Gary H. used to run his trucks really loose and I thought he got the wobs right next to the yellow line. I was getting ready to pass him and we got tangled up. At the time I blamed him but from this view it is hard to say. I know I would not have been standing if I wasn't trying to slow down. As I stood up, the boards got together and then George hit me from behind. If you turn up the volume you can hear me yelling in disgust at the end. It was right before the finish line and I ended up last, but my performance at that race earned me enough pts. to make the Gravity Games that year.

That was Manu. He had the visor off my helmet and I can't remeber what he was saying. I think he was trying to calm me down after the crash because I was a little ticked off and yelling things. Manu had taken an earlier head slam and was sittng out as I recall.

It is off to the Dump Rd. this morning to go for some speed runs with my bro and Papa Kludy. We will test different wheels and speed equipment. Maybe I'll get a little video as well. 1 mile road w/ a 9% grade is good for a little speed testing.

Geezus! The guy in white starts out in the right side of the lane..with everyone else..then proceeds over the middle into the left and then drifts back into the right lane as much as 2 feet.
