    Default GOS VS bombhills

i like the shape of the GOS deck better, but will the 7 plies be a lot more flexy than the 8 plies of maple on the bombhills? im ~170lbs, and i want something fairly stiff. a little flex is gfin, but nothig too drastic.

The GOS is surprisingly stiff for a 7-ply board.

the gos is actually very solid as the bombhills has that touch of flex that makes the ride smooth. i vote for the bombhills

I vote for the Pressure Drop RD-42. VERY stiff, good concave, same $60 price tag (right now at least).

i have a bombhills and ive ridden a GOS quite a bit. the gos is really stiff due to the concave and wb. my bh will bottom out if i jump on the middle after a year of rain riding and abuse. both are rock solid new but the bombhills loosens up alot quicker due to the wheelbase..

i have a bomb hills and i really enjoy the ride. the concave is really nice on your feet and weather your just cruising or speeding down a hill its a really nice ride (in my oppinion of course.)

my freind has a GOS, i dont think he seriously rides it anymore. But the bomb hills is still more effecient for down hilling. they're both about equal in terms of carving though.

well the GOS will carve better due to shorter wheelbase over the bh. im actually thinking about getting a gos with r-2s or another set of indy's for a cruising ldp deck.

went ahead and got the GOS. wont be doing serious downhilling, because theres no hills to go down, so i opted for the shorter wheelbase.
