Here you go. Step by step instructions.

Start with trousers open and unzipped, slid down to the hips, with legs spread apart to keep them up. Button shirt in the front, all the way down, then smooth the excess fabric to the back sides amd grasp it on either side, making a pleat, as in Picture #1.

In Picture #2, thumbs are holding the pleat down and fingers are curved out, ready to grab the trouser waist.

In Picture #3, while using back of hands to hold pleats in place, gently ease the trousers up over the pleated shirt tail

Picture #4 illustrates the completely smooth back of the shirt tucked into the trousers -- VERY professional looking.

Picture #5 shows the placket of the shirt front lined up with the fly front of the trousers.

Picture #6 shows the buckle of the belt lined up with the placket and fly front. PERFECT!

This is pretty funny all this talk of Euro tuck blah blah... your tuck has got to do with your body shape.. and what you feel comfortable with. try them all for fudge sake. it's obvious what works.. just watch and learn. These boys coming out of South America have got some badass tucks going on!! there was this dude at the European season this year doing something i have only seen in pictures! How low can he freaking go.. ha ha!

Hell, you don't even need a helmet. The one problem with this position is that you have to completely not care about turning. But overall I think it's totally worth it. It also helps to be a little drunk while you're doing it so you can more easily get over how ridiculous you look.

Don't forget about being solid...an extremely solid brazilian tuck is going to be faster than a euro tuck that's not that solid.

maybe he knows what's coming up, and is looking for that last little bit of aero..?

I have trouble getting my torso that close to my knee.
    I think I need a longer standing platform than what I've got, I'm 6'3...
being mongo and needing meat under my back heel doesn't help either..

I'm getting better at "natural" foot breaking. But I still feel more stable mongo which is wrong...

    edit
I'd say he's traded with a goofy rider.
im 6'5 and i can get down lower than my friend thats like 5'4, you just have to be able to fold your knees together, and bring you butt down a little bit if you want your chest closer to your knee

When you get to be my age.. You'll find your Sachel also effects your tuck.

Yeah, I think my tuck is worse in the summer months (sac droopage).
    Especially in those damn leathers.

But in the winter - uber aero.

lifting my shoulders up really helped me. Get a mirror and a camera.

Tucking on flat ground and in a run is completely different.

i think its good to figure out things for yourself but why not give people ideas to try that way they can learn faster. everybody needs to relax here and save the competitiveness for your heats at races.

220lbs here, big riders are the best
i think this is all true, but if you can find someone who is waaay better than you, who can push you into stuff you need to do, makes you so much of a better rider! my technique has improved loads since i started skating with people better than me. im still not much good, but i just keep pushing to be better, and one day il kick the old boys asses! but untill then im just stoked to learn so much!

and +1 for the big guys, shame our draft shadows are so hooge!
