Re: How to tuck
I feel less stable when I tuck on my switchblade, its probably the concave but than again I almost never do tucks since I just like sliding around.

I'm not that great by any means myself but to me the footing looks good but your upper body could be lower, chest closer to forward knee.

Re: How to tuck
When you tuck, are your toes meant to be slightly off the board in terms of width? Or is the deck width meant to be wider than your feet?

Get lower, your chest should be practically on your front leg and your but up so that your back is pretty straight. For me personally, I like to keep a little bit of my heel off from my front foot because it gives me more leverage taking heelside turns. I don't think I've ever seen someone with their toes hanging off.

the RB32 is a slalom deck, not even 8.5" wide and a 19"-21" wheelbase, any hanger wider than the 125mm randal will stick out from the deck and on such short wheelbase you can easily end up kicking the wheels while pushing.
all that said... if you don't know if you can take this downhill, you prob shouldn't.
how old are you? what is your experience skating?

toes have nothing to do with it. it's about your torso. Some people ride decks much wider than their feet (little kids on a 10.25" wide voodoo) or others ride boards narrower than their feet (me and other big-footed people). it's about minimizing your frontal profile, which is mostly the big block rectangle that is your shoulders to butt area.

Re: How to tuck
looks pretty tight. at that point cleaning it up more takes careful thought about how you hold your body in a tight tuck.

Different people do it differently, but I like to have it between my toeside edge and my W concave.

I'm pretty thin. This has been working for me. Learned it from my teammate, Mr. Royce. He has since moved onto smaller and better things, but I can't seem to find a way to speed up with both hands back. Wit this one, my arm touches my leg all the way down and seems to form a little block that closes all my gaps. Also adds stamina and lets me literally pull my chest into my knee, which I have a really hard time doing otherwise because of lack of flexibility and lankiness.

Try putting your hand that currently holds the front of the board behind your back like normal, then put your other hand in the pocket underneath your chin if you want. That seems to be the best one hand back tuck
