the reason I ask is simply because I hear that this deck is narrow and has a high concave and was wondering if I could fit it comfortably since I have been thinking of getting this deck and thought it would help others out as well if they were interested.
my shoe size is 8.5 U.S.
for the most part my tuck has my back foot mostly forward and my front is usually set at around a 45 degree angle. if that helps.

I used to ride one and I have size 12 feet. It just depends on your stance and personal preference. I actually liked the narrowness and the concave on it. It REALLY locks you in on straights.
The other thing is that the concave doesn't got all the way to the ends of the deck. Where the deck dips down before the trucks it flattens out and gives a lovely little platform for your feet to feel snug and locked into. Unless you have really big feet and ride with them absolutelybperpendicular to the rail line, it's fine. Its a very low board, but my size nines have never scraped ground either sliding or railing turns.
I have size 13 feet and I ride the DH race like it's MY JOB!!! My feet feel like they are submerged in longboard!!! Totally locked in and my heels and toes can grip the side of the board and I just CRANK my drifts! It's like having bindings on a longboard except better because you're not strapped to your board!!
The DH race is Jody Wilcox's gift to drifting massive turns and not bending your legs when you push!!!
