yah replace that solid stack of washers for purple khiros.
Agreed. Khiro purples might even be too soft for these speeds, but are probably your best bet. Good Luck.
I also suggest using different trucks... JimZ, or Randal DH if you are on a budget.

god damn bro. does your mom know that your gonna do this? anyways every time i skitch a car and let go i start rolling ahead of it. so yeah get a long rope and accelerate slowly and if your feeling ify then make a signal or something that means go faster im gonna let go and ride it out. but good luck!!!
Drop the SHlT out of your deck. Like an inch off the ground. Maybe less. You don't have to worry about rail bite if you're just going straight. Drop it like it's hot.

jimz trucks would be so stupid to use at this speed. you need the slop in your trucks so you dont feel every single road irregularity that you hit. jimzs have sphericals and if he were to hit a rock of some sort, the truck would pitch him.
i vote randal dh baseplates with luge hangers just incase your bearings sieze. sized bearin + 100mph = death.

Good point. Don't use percision trucks, use randal DH. R-II's get wobbles at 50 or so... I don't even want to think about 100.

I have a motorcycle helmet that ill be using rather than my normal DH helmet and ill have a full crew there. most of which will be experienced lifeguards that i work with.
Having a bunch of lifeguards there is not having a full crew, unless we're all somehow wildly confused and you're trying to go 100 mph on a wakeboard. If that's the case, I think you're on the wrong website. Go get some paramedics or find a buddy who's a first responder.
P.S. whoever said something about biker sherlock and his attempt, biker is a pussy.
Maybe instead of solid washers, de-wedge the rear truck so its at O degree's and get some tight ass bushings. This way you still have lean but no turn, just the front.
Good luck. Hope those leathers and helmet are up to snuff. Street Bikers crash at super high speeds quite a bit and come out marginally okay. Just dont fall from a straight up standing position.

I agree. I have a couple friends that are lifeguards too. They are in NO way trained to save someone who took a spill on to asphalt at 100mph. You need someone who KNOWS what they're doing. I'd make sure you have at least a couple different cell phones with perfect reception in that area, as well as do it somewhere that isn't too far from the hospital.
I would also make sure you have high grade hardware. I wouldn't risk my life on some mass produced cast hangars... I would go with precisions for the fact that there is so much of a possibility for imperfections, air bubbles, and impurities in a cast truck. Going that fast will amplify any problems in your setup as well as produce the extra stress that will break any weak parts.
Make sure your kingpins are grade 8, and even think about upgrading mounting hardware and axle nuts. You're going to be producing a good amount of heat on the axles. Make sure you're speed rings are not thin metal. If one of those breaks, you're wheels is going to wobble back and forth very fast, and may shear the axle/nut.
Maybe you've thought about all this, but there is a lot you should be thinking about. You need to realize that longboard manufacturers and longboard parts manufacturers don't plan on anyone using any of their products to this extent, so you're going to have to look at every component, consider the extra stress that will be put on it, and eliminate these weaknesses.
do you know your HOMEMADE board isnt going to break? i would say get something that you know is going to be built very nicely and customized to take the extra precautions for it to not break.

+1.You have to be EXTREMELY SURE that your board is gonna hold up, cause you'll only have yourself to blame if it implodes at 99mph, because that would just be depressing.Like Reece Man said, drop that sucker as low as reasonable, like 1 inch off the ground.i wouldnt wanna hit 100mph on a drop thru....more like Titanium DH race with pogo baseplates and some non-sperical 10mm axle,20* trucks with some ceramic bearings and titanium hardware....i dont even wanna think about it.....
