S9 race forms don't have the most spectacular drift, but they're not a bad wheel. My 70mm's are my favorite all-around(excluding sliding)

The new Race Formula is extremely grippy. My new favorite wheel but I still want to try Orangatangs.

They actually have two different shapes in the race formula David, one that is a grippier square edged offset wheel (Here), and one that is rounded and center-set like what you are probably thinking of (Here).

wow, i'm surprised that you say that. i've ridden mine extensively, and talking to other riders who have ridden theirs extensively as well, we both pretty much agree that they are close to perfect. the drift and hookups both are EXTREMELY predictable. they wear amazingly and evenly, especially considering their centerset design.
although these aren't the specific wheels i was talking about when i said s9 was going to podium, they are still awesome wheels. on the other hand, i think the wheels that you WILL see on the podium will be 74mm race formulas.

I have to agree with this. I love the drift of 81's
