Default Some Questions About Trucks

Hey I think I'm going to be ordering trucks for my evo soon (I'm just using chargers for now) I'm looking at getting bear grizzlies since pretty much every evo thread recommends those trucks. So that starts my first questions, will 8mm be ok if I'm 76mm fly wheels or should I just opt for the 10mm since its only $5 more. If i go with the 10mm are those going to be the old run of grizzlies? Are those still good or should i wait for the new run? My other question is should I go for randals instead and get a 50/42 or a 42/42 (If i do this I might have to get the pink randals from mile high) When i searched it said most people dont like crails on an evo so unless someone else knows otherwise I think those are out. But yeah if anyone could answer those grizzly questions/randal questions for me that'd be awesome. thanks
-Alex

Thumbs up Re: Some Questions About Trucks

i do not think that the new batch of bears has 10mm axles... so if you do order them they will be from the older batch. but i think they have improved their trucks enough to where you dont need the 10mm and worry about them bending... im pretty sure you would be good with the new batch with the 8mm with those wheels... so far no word on them bending or any bad word on them at all...

i have ridden randals on an evo and i think that would be a good choice also... ive ridden 50/50 and 42/42 and so far i like the 42/42 setup best...

either way i think you would be good...

p.s.) im running bear 52/52 flipped on my evo right now and i love it!
