Khiros ftw. Reds front, yellow back has kept my interest so far.
Also, jimz do work. You pretty much have to make barrels out of them. Take a razor blade to them... or a hole saw.
The actual bushing seats are great imo. They hold barrel shaped bushings in place well enough to have stim-like build, unlike bears which just let barrels squish all over the place with nothing to rebound off.

Ewww, Khiros. Seriously, those bushings make any truck feel horrible. Get some Venoms in there. If you're too lazy to simply stick a longer kingpin in... well, I don't know what to tell you.

I know, I want some. But isn't venom kind of "in between" phases right now?
If you're not scared of shaping some rads or stims, those work best from what I've tried.
I've got some newer 90a venoms waiting at home i think (did you send the new poured style, zak?), so i'll give those a try when i get home.
Green rads all around, or blue/green stim combos are fun. For the hand-poured venoms, green/orange barrels was nice, too, but the jump from 93a to 85a was too big. I'm thinking the 90a venoms are gonna be perfect. One more month....I'm dying to ride!
Take advantage and SKATE while you can!
I've tried these Venoms (both the old ones and the new ones) that everyone is blabbing about, on my Kahalanis, and honestly i much prefer Abec 11 bushings, specifically the Orange Plus 89a's, Orange 86a's, and the Lemon 83a's. I run 89a's (bottom side) and 86a's (top side) on the back trucks, and 83a's (top and bottom) on the front trucks, and the setup feels better and more comfortable at speeds above 35mph then the venoms ever did.
Not everyone (including myself) thinks Venom bushings are the second coming of christ.
is it hard to make 89a reflex bushing when you can only cut them out of 70mm wheels?
you'd probably get a little core from the wheel if you were to make them tall enough, but the small bit of core really doesn't effect anything. It's only a 2.5mm difference in total thane you have to cut through so it's not that much.
(yes, I have cut bushings from 70mm wheels and ridden them)
