I just recently cleaned my bearings, and I need to lube up now, but I totally forgot that I dont have actual bearing lube, buutt, I do have this stuff called 3 in 1 lubrication, which is a silicone spray, and it says its safe of metal and rubber....would this be alright to use? Il be honest, im a little to poor to go and buy bearing lube right now.

i've never been an advocate of lubing bearings at all. the only thing i do to my bearings is wipe the dust off of the outside of them to keep em lookin nice, other than that, i just let them wear in and my bearings all spin amazingly. just use them and don't worry about maintaining them.

Guess what? Water and dirt and centripital motion displace the actual lube out of the bearing. You need to lube them sometime, otherwise they will eventually lock up (this applies to removeable shield bearingsa bit more so than others)
