Not sure if it would be a good idea to buy a used helmet off of eBay... You don't know what it's been exposed to over the two years (at least) that he's owned it. It could have been sitting in a garage exposed to all kinds of stuff. He said that he's been redesigning his house which means he was probably painting a lot. If he was painting, that means there were probably quite of paint fumes all over his house and we all know what paint fumes do to foam. I personally wouldn't buy a used helmet unless I knew and trusted the person I was buying it from.

Hell maybe I'm just looking too much into it. I'd rather save my skull though.

A little off but, has anybody heard of someone crashing with a charlie no limit?
    How did it performed?

    THX!!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, cold beer in one hand - longboard in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming, Yeaa Haaa What A Ride!!!

If you really want people's opinions on paragliding helmets, search for it. There are tons of threads on this. We don't need another.

Yeah, but many of those opinions came from people who haven't used/seen paragliding helmets.

You're absolutely right Ben, a lot of people have opinions about things that they or close friends have not experince at all.
