^^ quoteforshizzle! I've been 225 dressed and just a little flex. In fact I was on it again last night, running 215ish at the end of the day now. Ha!! 40mph tail wind made hooking it around the circle on the end of my street a little sketchy. Butt pucker is fun now and then.

Awesome. Cause I weigh about 210. So I'm pretty much sold on the FSM. I just gotta wait for that ever so elusive paycheck now.

I made a couple of more passes on it this morning. Negligble flex and you know what? It's so low that I think I'll top mount it this afternoon. Still be low but I won't be sweating rail bite. Topmounting a Scimitar the other day worked out so well, it's got me looking at other boards now.

careful though, my bud has a fsm and weighs about 175, and his broke. may have been something to do with us taking a 200 mile board trip with it though

and comet also sent him a new one, so they're pretty cool about that

The older cut of the drop through fsm was weak at the truck mounts because there was so much wood cut away.

The best set up I've found for these boards is a flushmount with indy 215's. I'm going to try out some different wedging on it at some point too.

    My short review:

much love for the FSM <3 had it for less then a month and i ride it every single day whether its 20 minutes or 3 hours. carves like a dream.. never rode anything as smooth and surfy and good feeling as the FSM. so far pretty stable. only wrecked 2 good times (so far). anyways.. its a great lil drop though.. and i like the stiffness(im 150). tail and nose were a lil hard to get used to since this is my first drop through, but now nose shuvits and what not are pretty easy.. the manuals/nose manuals will take a bit of getting used to. the concave and rocker is amazing.. truely love it. locks your feet right in.. very comfortable.. smooth.. hell i could go on for hours.. its great. also loving the eviormentally friendly skateboard company
    - 3 cheers for Comet!

love then FSM and Comet. probably going to get the Comet Voodoo XL later on for a better DH setup then the FSM. not sure what trucks to get for the Voodoo though.. suggestions?

would a flush mount board hold up to more abuse than a drop through? since it is not being held up by 8 nuts? considering the low amount of flex?
