So sick. That nose is exactly what i had in mind, and it's beefy enough to withstand a lot of damage. Awesome work jason! Can't wait to be skating mine!

i may sound like an idiot. are we getting them gripped, or do we have to grip them ourselves?

if it says in the thread. i'm not reading through it. and it didn't say anything in the e-mails.

I left room for other angle base plates b/c we have a lot of choices out there. Took the extension of platform seriously but the question of how much still existed. Since this is an iterative process which depends on your riding and feedback, I thought it would be good to form a consensus b4 altering that aspect.

I am putting this into production today. Folks in the east will be skating early next week. I will send tracking #s tmrw.

I took the board down to 40'' - same riding platform. Which my size 11s are loving.

I am thinking of offering 2 flex patterns. So keep that in mind... but not to confuse this already in depth process.
Have you tested it with 42-deg Randals? I've seen a lot of boards that could handle 50-deg plates, but suffered bad wheelbite with the 42's.

Wouldn't this only apply to topmounted boards without cutouts?

No, not at all. Randal 42 plates are much lower than 50s.

I'll be running mine with 42s, so I'll let you know about bite. I think Jason said he left room for other angle baseplates too, so it should be fine.

42 degree randal and some big 75mm 3dm wheels. no wheel bit especially under normal skating with loose trucks.

Everyone in the factory is digging this board. tech street skaters to non skaters to the avid hill bombers... getting interest from all types that see it.

that is what you get when you summarize so many opinions i reckon/...

Interesting. The 3rd photo makes it look otherwise. I'd be curious to give it a try with the bushings/wheels I normally use.

All I can say is wow. I am so psyched to be a part of this. The board looks awesome, glad I live on the East Coast-shipping. The nose looks spot on from the pics. I was actually thinking of getting some 42* Randals (from MHS of course) to try on this deck as well.
Jason-grade A musical inspiration, I forgot about Radio Birdman-must revisit them for sure. Just curios on what era Miles Davis, Kind of Blue, Bitches Brew?
