i know this is not the right place to be posting this, but who cares? i hope ya'll don't call the silverfish police!

i just wanna say thanks to jason at comet for running such an awesome company. he put his faith in a bunch of rowdy east coast kids to run some killer events and had donated a CRAZY amount of prizes. i think most of the east coasters can agree that there has not been a company that has given so much for our small scene than comet. if you guys want to support a real skater company, do not hesitate to buy a comet!

thanks jason for listening to everyone's ideas and for doing a huge part in the growth of our scene. i sense many great years ahead for comet.

Fo sho, great dude, hes was nothing but kind and helpful when I ordered my pagan, and still is keeping in touch to make sure Im getting the most out of my board. Comet is definitely a sick company, and is filling me and a lot of the longboard community with stoke right now. Great job with the new board and dealing with all these hooligans giving feedback and suggesting artwork.

Has the decision on whether or not to use e2e been made yet? All these graphics look sick, and I'm stoked to see how the final shape turns out

. Hopefully I'll be able to buy one of these to replace my nearly dead kracked skulls deck someday.

Comet and Jason rocks! I just spent a day emailing back and forth and he even responded from his Blackberry. I just ordered a FSM prototype deck with an extra ply added (9 ply maple). I cant wait to get on it! Jason was super helpful and patient with me as I just asked away with tons of questions.

The e2e is an upgrade/$+ option from what I understand, it leads to a lighter deck w/ environmentally sustainable materials.

I'll get some grip tape from wally world today, can't wait to ride my fsm.

I agree with starting an official voting thread. I decided on Rodgon's but Alpha posted his feather thing after I voted and now I'm kind of second-guessing myself. I like both of them, so I can't really decide.

i think rodgons spaghetti monster could do without all those effects? id like the look of a solid purple and clean spaghetti monster. similar to all of comets graphics-- whack ideas/graphics with crazy but solid colors

I think we all owe to rodgon for putting up a great FSM!!!!

We also have a lot of great concepts floating around for logo oriented decks.
A couple of people are going to float some hybrid ideas on the thread soon...

We are totally up for a second graphic if one evolves that all are stoked on to have an alternative to the monster.

Graphic submissions are still open for a second graphic.

Concept: Clean logo oriented graphic
Artist: TBD

(any objections to that above?)

Perhaps we could re submit earlier entries that fit this criteria...and keep this dialogue rolling for a couple of more days.

Everyone at Comet is really excited about how this is all going down...and we cant wait to be pulling ink.
