My FSM Proto came today! My shirt didn't, but whatever. I'm almost done painting, which should be done by tonight. Poly should be done tomorrow sometime, and grip will be done whenever TNT Ride gets it to me. Pix forthcoming.

I'd probably pass on 42º unless you're planning on taking it above 30 and not carving/slashing/grab-assing a lot. YMMV

EDIT: And yeah, I wanted to do my own graphic. There doesn't seem to be too many changes on the new one aside from the wheel wells, which I'm not overly concerned with anyways.

42's rock on this deck, but you can run anything and take it over 30, it's pretty stable as boards go.

As for carving and slashing, lower angle trucks are quite fun for slides and stuff. I like them better than 50's personally...

well im not worried about stablity, i have gone 40 and almost 45 on 50* randals on a flex 2 dervish. and yes this will mostly be slashing and sliding, still 42*'s grasso?

I'm currently running Paris 180's on my proto and I couldn't be happier(double venom barrels front/back). Perfect truck for this board, I'm a steep angle+soft bushing guy though. I just sold my trucks with a lower angle than 45 and i'm never going lower angle than my Kahalani's again.

I'm very happy with how it turned out. I'm doing a light sanding after class and then poly. By the time the poly's done my griptape should be here then I'm gonna tear sh!t up. STOKED!
