Hellcat Dee-Lite Pleasure Dome?

Does anyone know if the Hellcat Dee-Lite has the new Pleasure Dome feature? I was about to buy on, but may wait if they haven't added the feature yet.

How does the Pleasure Dome stack up to the older Hellcat models? Is it worth downgrading to the wooden model to get the Dome if they aren't going to release the Dee-Lite with this feature?

They probably will release the pleasure dome in a dee lite. The pleasure dome does feels awesome.

what has you so sold on the dee lite? many folks say its just worth the money you save to get a wooden one... with pleasure dome goodness

I dont think its worth waiting, just get the wood model. It will probably be a few weeks if not more because foamcores take more work to build, and they have to redesign everything since the shape is different from the old hellcat deelite.

I'm not sure if this is a serious question... especially because it's "dome" and not "doom"... but in case anyone was actually wondering (and this is straight off the Rayne website):

Great news for anyone interested. I just heard back from Andrew at Rayne. They've already produced a few sample Hellcat Dee-Lite boards with the Pleasure Dome feature. They're doing extensive testing for manuverability and durability, but the design should be finalized and on the market in the next 2 weeks or so.

I saw Graham riding a delite '09 hellcat at the Mary freeride this weekend. So they are definitely under way.

Since you've ridden one first hand, would you recommend it as a first DH board? If so, would you recommend I go wait for the Dee-Lite or just go with the wooden? I'm willing to put out the money for something that will be satisfying, last a while, and (of course) be the envy of everyone who sees it. Of course all of that comes secondary to stability and how it feels here and now.

Go with the wooden and buy some nice trucks.
