I've been trying to learn it, but I've been wondering if I have the right idea for the unweighting on the heel-side.
Am I supposed to keep my weight on top the board while i kick out (like bending my knees with my ass out, back heel on the side and head over the board? Or am i leaning my body heel-side too? Sometimes it feels like I might be leaning a bit too far heel-side and i'd fall backwards.
I've watched the sayshun(sp?) vid and the 2nd video of Adam/louis's vid.
I guess i'll add that i've never done a 180 stand up.
