Arrow Nose manual with Drop Thru mount trucks

ive been trying to do the nose manual for months and havent been able to get it down. i most of the time fall forward off the board. i was curious if there is a special way to put your foot since there is the drop thru mount. i was also wondering if anyone could give me any andvice or tricks to help find balance and also foot position. because whatever im doin its not working haha.

Manuals on drop throughs just feel weird, there's not much else to that.

For balance, I try and keep my head directly over the front truck, looking down at it. Keep your legs bent and stay relaxed.

Just keep at it. I find that it helps a lot to put some grip tape on the top of the trucks so you avoid slipping.

It might be good to take some risk and try various positions(bending knees, etc) so you can find a way to balance yourself.

nose manuals are harder to control the direction of than regular manuals, I find that mostly that my direction is affected by my front foot and my weight on it when in a nose manual

Grip you nose and on your trucks. I use Outdoor Grip Strips. Works like a champ! Though, I like fakie nose manuals. They are easier.
