Standing back up after a coleman
Hey 'fish.
I've been trying to teach my girlfriend to coleman, everything goes except she cant stand back up after it. The leg is dropped "properly" and she can hold them very well. Problem is her standing back up after the slide.
So this lead me to believe that her hand it too far back.
All help is appreciated. Thanks

Re: Standing back up after a coleman
Hand is probably too far back, but my first piece of advice would be to go faster. Much faster. Once you finish the slide you'll still have a bunch of leftover speed, so standing up will be a lot more comfortable and be less of a balancing act.

Yup, you hit the nail on the head.
Her hand is likely too far away from the board. When this happens, she shifts too much weight off the deck and onto her palm
This makes transferring the weight back onto the board much more difficult.
Solution: suck your hand in closer to the deck.
