I guess this is where I would post this, Does anyone have plans or atleast a rough design of a ramp designed for doing backflips? I dont want a huge 16 foot tall ramp, preferably 3 feet or less in height.
That was pretty sick, but does anybody have any idea for the launch angle? I dont want it to be too steep cause ill land on it, but I dont want it to be too small that I cant get the spin.
im really bad with angle guessing, but go to youtube and look up people doing back flips on skateboards. like this one shows a side angle of the ramp a guy uses:

A steeper launch angle will make backflips easier because you wont have to rotate as much, there is obviously a limit to this though and more important than launch angle is the tranny. You are going to have a rough time getting the right radius/launch angle combination in less than three feet. I'd go no shorter than 3.5.
And no, i cant backflip on a skateboard, this is all info thats taken from mountainboard ramps where people backflip a lot, but the same concepts apply.

I was hoping to get some anwsers from mountainboarders, I can build it bigger, but I dont want it to be huge.
