I have been working on the Gturn for a while now and I cant get the little flick around at the end. Im not shure what Im doing wrong because I can hold out nose mannuals for 20 feet, I can also get the u turn part but I cant get the last spin
really wind up for it, it'll help as you'll still have that potential energy, which will allow you to get that last pivot. Other than that, just practice is all i can say...
Don't think of it as a pivot. Instead of doing a U-turn to pivot, try to manual in a full circle. That is your new goal.
When you get between 180 and 270 (like a C shape) the circle should be so tight that you can't help but plop the tail down in a pivot type motion. Do not think pivot during the trick though, think a smooth arc. After you have the trick down you can pivot more and more of it around when you do a sloppy G-turn, but a controlled arc that keeps getting tighter is the feeling you should go for.
