    Default Slide Problem

Alright, so I'm working on my slides, I go fairly fast down really steep hills, and bust it out both toeside and heelside, I get the 180 but I can't seem to crank it around, I just keep riding down the hill switch, I keep ALL my weight on my heels or toes, but never do I slide back around. My setup is a 44" Skull Skates Comet, Invader 183s ridden VERY loose, Powell G-Bones 97A. Any ideas on what I could do?

use your free hand to try and throw yourself around and just hold the turn throughout the slide no matter what. it should come back automatically if you keep your hand on the ground and weight on the rail.

ya, what tiki said. i just stuck some powell minilogos bearings into my wheels and go out in the rain. try using your hips. thats the problem a lot of people have, but if your really get a pendulum, you used your hips and your hand to push back, not your feet.
