Grippins are probably one of the hardest wheels to get to slide, and in 75a, you can pretty much write the idea off. Plus, I wouldn't want to slide them. I slid my 75a gumballs twice (ie. 2 pendulums only) and they have got a small cone to them already.

Loose trucks help me. Going fast also helps a lot. Really throw yourself into the slide. You might get hurt, but you probably won't. It will hurt less than any speedboarding stack, so you've probably had worse.

    Good luck!

put some wheels on your deck that are over 90a
    tighten your trucks
    put on some slide gloves
    go down a small hill
    go to a crouch
put both hands down on the street (toeside)
act like you are pushing the street away from you (toeside)
put all of your weight on your hands (toeside)
if you are still on your board at this point you will be sliding (toeside)

if you wanna do it healside do the same thing just instead of pushing away you will be dragging...

if it doesn't work the first time
    do it again
once you can do a 180
    then start going down hills

    if you want more help

    watch the gravity slides video
    or this http://satori.cyberdojo.com/ninjabom...boardblues.wmv

    hope this helps

Malakai, that vid is sic! You have such nice hills!!

As for sliding, i'll go with what's been said:

more speed, and throw yourself into it! You're close to the ground so the most you'll get is a bit of road rash if you come off, and that can be avoided if you pad up a bit. Really commit to it.

    get speed
crouch and roll your back foot onto it's side so most of your weight is on your front foot,
put your lead hand down and let it slide away from you,
drop your A$$ like you are going to sit down
put most of your weight on your hand
the only weight on your feet should be the heelside edge of your leed feet
    it should slide
when it does the board will swing around

learn them with one hand and then with two...

    good luck
