    Default Dancing Decks

What are some good dancing decks, besides the obvious Loaded Dancer, LBL OSD, and the Roggs Dancer? Preferably cheap if possible (unlike the Loaded Dancer).

theres the Legendary Platypus ($225 complete)
and I know Arcane makes a dancer, I think its called the Big Sur?
I'd check with some of the other small builders here on the fish (I cant recall any others off the top of my head that make a dancer)

ps. I can recall some similar threads to this that have gotten out of hand rather quickly, so everybody, lets try to keep this civilized and keep the OP's interest in mind

So, by using the word 'dancer' I'm guessing you want a deck around 50+ in...? If so I'd say that the majority are all around $120. on up...Deck only...Its a big board, more materials are being used...Blah, blah, blah...

My latest purchase was the Legendary Platypus...$135. shipped...It's a great deck, I really enjoy it...The Platy is the least expensive of my quiver...It and the Loaded are my faves...but there are many boards between 42in. and 60in...It all depends on what you are looking for...For less Gravity puts out a number of decks that could fall under the 'dancing' header...Great price, good board...

Maybe a few more details as to just what you were looking for...
    Quiver:
Legendary Platypus \ Legendary Platypus \ Legendary Demon-36" \ Loaded Dancer \ Loaded Dervish \ Loaded Tan Tien \ LongboardLarry OSD \ LongboardLarry Komodo \ Rayne Pug \ Comet FSM \ Roggs Dancer \ ...

    Crails \ Paris trucks \ Randal trucks \ Sabres \ Reflex \ Venoms \ Biltins \ Abec11 \ Orangatangs \ Tunnels \ EW \ Retro \ ...

Does this place look like I'm f*ckin married...? The toilet seat's up, man... The Dude...

Something that is 50"-55"+, has atleast moderate nose and tail (atleast like the LBL OSD), and below $200 for the deck.

Second that. Apparently out of stock until may/june according to website. If you're willing to wait, it's a good starter. Heavy, plank...beat it up and you won't feel bad. I have one. I don't ride it as much as I could but it's fun to glide around, cross step and all that.

    Talking Re: Dancing Decks

    does anyone like the Komodo?
    is the platypus really better?
what are the subtle differences, preferably from someone who has both.

I heard that. Exactly what I bought mine for. It's worked stupid well for me, and I've found that my skating overall has benefited by leaps and bounds riding the hypercarve. Things just started clicking after a few days riding it.

Heck, just a few days ago I started trying to land shuvits for the first time. Seemed like the right thing to do after cross-stepping. I even landed one today...after about 50 tries.
