One of our decks had a substantial flat spot, so we decided to continue sliding it and see how far we could wear down the wheel. By the end of it, we had this:
Even though the wheel didn't spin anymore, we were still able to get some speed down the hill and do a couple of slides before the wheel completely fell apart.

Really? I first saw it awhile ago, and got to try it a few times. It's a lot of fun, and there's a lot you can do (surprisingly enough). Gotta love the Sit 'n Slide.
