I just finished up this edit yesterday and decided to share!
We had a rippin' session last week with all the fast dudes (from landyachtz, rayne and comet riders to the fastest amateurs to grace this planet) from the northwest.
With a solid tail wind and draft trains like you wouldn't believe, we cut through the beautiful scenery with speeds excess of 55mph, giggling all the way.
The day started off with a solid 4.5 hours of sweeping the 3.2 mile course where we skated until the sun when down. An amazing and memorable session.
Many thanks go out to Motion Boardshop who took care of all the rides to the top and shot all the footage for us, just because they like to keep us skaters stoked.
Dedicated to Chip Wood (orange helmet, "Wooden" on Silverfish) who hit a truck last weekend at a race, broke his femur, cracked a rib, punctured a lung, cracked his wrist and has a severe concussion. Heal up quickly bro!

lol @3:48 with the guy and the branch stuck under his truck..
leaves and branches really annoy me when they get stuck under my truck.. especially when you cant just stop and get rid of it

Re: Cutting The Cascades!!! Raising The Gnar Bar!!!
an idea on how to cut back on the time spent sweeping. Get 2 or three gas leafblowers and skate down the hill with them on. take turns doing this so everyone can get a few practice runs in or something but other than that great vid

Re: Cutting The Cascades!!! Raising The Gnar Bar!!!
Wow guys, thanks for the horde of good words!
It was an awesome day, all of us agree that it was the best day of skating we've had in a while. Most of us at the session had been riding together for a while, so we felt super comfortable riding in a tight pack. I still get the tingles thinking about it!!!
Again, thanks for keeping me amped! I am glad you all enjoyed the video.
