Nice bowl pics Andre, you got to work hard in that bowl to get your line, plus the BMXers have nicely made a round coping into a square one.
Thanks mate....Yeah that bowl is so rough its a joke!! Anyone on a shortboard riding there has to push about 3 times across the flats just to make the coping on the other side!!! There some kids I ride there with who have got it down, lines wise, lots of flow and they use and abuse that little hump in the flats to get speed off pretty good.... Me, I just roll 72mm wheels!!
And you are right about the coping!!! The one on the parking lots side is just impossible, BMX boys have flattened it right out and put so many dents in it that its just impossible! But they seem content to stay off the other side and the corners so its all good, those are the best parts anyway!!

well theres a bunch of us that are going to ride the fair cape hill this weekend, if mother nature plays nicely. 2km long, buttersmooth tar, sick for carving or bombing no cars just a couple of boers from the fair cape plaas driving by once in a while. Awesome road to ride.

I'm well keen for sure... Rugger on Saturday at 12:00 though.... can't say I'm very hopeful but you know how it goes.....I guess at least there'll be less boers on the pad if we ridin during the rugger

And there is a mini ramp near Somerset hospital in Cape Town I was told.

ooohh, so shiny!!! but not much to do! if i was the designer dude, i would have spent less money on the shiny material and spent more money to get more stuff in that park!!!

Can't believe they built that out in Mitchells, but no doubt the residents are stoked, good for them. Wicked to see a community project like that....Now if Mitchells can get it together, why not the rest of this city???
I'll check out that Mini Ramp and see if I can find it....Clive closed down Spider Ramps in Kirstenhoff a few weeks back, before I got to ride it, but apprently they are opening again in Hout Bay..... You ride park/street at all? Or just hills?
