thanks guys... yeah, that basket weave was done a long time ago, just ran accross the picture so i thought i'd post it up. it's on an eight wheeler and it really makes the board seem lighter via visuals alone. this design can be done on smaller decks but it's just a matter of sizing it to proportion otherwise it would lose a lot in translation.
i'm totally lovin' the dragon grip too. it's true that we are our own worst critics because those imperfect edges that seem to haunt redundor doesn't bother me in the least.

We discussed the virtues of grip involving voids a few years back on ncdsa, and Shapeshifter's use of that on the 8 wheeler is a perfect example. Grand job my bro!
