    Default Dealing with falling leaves...

I am serious...they can be treacherous...i know this sounds nuts, but leaves and moisture are a lethal slippery combo...
    what do you do?

Its still a bit damp and there's leaves everywhere here... 2 hours ago I thought I'd be cool and try and stand up through some wet leaves... we'll my superglider ended up in a 5 inch deep puddle and I had just put new bearings in right before I went out
I have a bunch of skateboards

Isn't this what you're supposed to put in a signature?

Ummm, yeah. ....And maybe you should stop publishing that magazine of yours. It's obviously a big ploy to get attention too, right?

Just stepped out yesterday and there were more leaves showing than concrete in the driveway. Not only are leaves slippery to ride on, but I had them flying up onto my board, where my feet did a great job of working them into my grip tape and making the deck itself a lil sketchy. F.U. leaves.

When they get wet they become really slippery and I hate pushing on that s***, because the slipperynes and the fact that they stick on to your shoes and after that to your grip tape.

But there's nothing more fun that to skate on some dry leaves (not too much of them ofc). I like to watch them fly up from the back wheels. And I like the fact it adds some style into boardwalking also.

I just deal with the leaves, because the fall colors make skating that much better.

I dunno, I just deal with it. This is what weather looks like here till about Spring time, so it's learn to skate it or be bored till spring. (and this is very very light coverage on my street compared to how bad it gets).

quit your pussy footing and just ride in it
if you are really that paranoid about it the go to lowe's and buy one of those shop brooms that are like 36" wide and duct tape it to your board...there problem solved
