No. That certainly displays some dedication to doing harm to others though. Dedication and perserverance
are not passion. This sounds to me more like Malice.
Granted, passion can drive you to crazy stuff. If you were doing it to impress a girl or because
your P.E. teacher was tormenting you or your friends in the pool--that could be passion. Misguided, but passionate.
Passion is NOT in action, it is in MOTIVE. Though arguably, passion without action is useless.
But there are plenty of times when it is honorable not to act on your passions. And that takes passion too.
