broken ankle has murdered my stoke. i almost cry when i see someone roll by me on a board. snapped it 2 days ago and today it hit me hard how limited i am. and i was really getting the hang of predrifting at speed, now im wondering how long it will take to get back to where i was before the break. [insert sad face with tears]

at the moment, isolation. Our area is currently entering 'the wet season' (i live on the east coast of Australia) and our property has just become flooded out, leaving me stranded on 35 acres of grass! NO CONCRETE TO BE FOUND!!!!! argh!!! i think i will surely die!

don't worry, it won't take long at all. after 4 months of being out with my injury, first time back on a board, i got 4th in an outlaw. second time back on a board, we were bombin 60 mph RADo passes. the only thing that really will take a little time is getting that endurence back. heal up quick.

Ditto. Saturday night toebite resulting in hard slam without any pads and now wondering if the left elbow and/or forearm might've gotten fractured.

Oh well... I continued to drag my feet on obeying the seat belt law until I got popped with a $75 ticket. I've had perfect attendance since then. Guess I'll do as I say and wear all my freaking pads, all the time now instead of being a dumbass.

not wearing pads and helmet. now feeling aches and pains, scrapes and contusions

after today i think pads will be part of the everyday outfit when skating.
