As awesome as it would be to jack someone up if you caught em in the act, they could just as quickly turn around and shove a nice tort up your ass. Not a tart, but the legal tort. Civil suits...mmmmm. Not to mention press criminal charges against you. No one has any honor anymore. This sorta thing happened to a guy i know: found a group of like 3 or 4 twenty-somethings busting up his car and proceeded to pummel whoever he got his hands on. Nothing serious, just a few black and blues and a busted nose or two. He got a huge fine, community service, anger management, and something like 4 years probation, and lost his right to bear arms. The kids got a nice 3 years each but out in who knows. Even still, deff not worth it.
