It's too bad most of the friends I have that work construction here are feeling the fallout of this when it comes to feeding their kids and paying for their own houses.

Homes here were way to over-priced to begin with.
Go out, skate, and enjoy the ride.

If I do win the auction,it will be a investment property. It's a 3br/2ba w/studio apt over the stand alone garage. So two rents from one property.
Do you want to move in,I'd be close to work for you.
My son says to take down the fence and replace our 1/4 ramp to a 1/2.

If you need any help building that ramp count me in. I work cheap, a cold six pack is all I require.

Don't forget I'm only two blocks from city as well, but be smart & stay at home as long as you can stand it.Also don't forget to apply for your student grants early.Take advantage of all the free money available to you.The key to receiveing grants is a complete application, don't leave any line blank. If your not sure ask someone at student services.Enjoy school as long as you can, cause before you know it you'll be a old skater dude, married w/three boys and a mortgage & maybe soon two.
The last line might sound sad,but I love my wife, like my job,dig my boys(built in skate crew)and wouldn't change anything.
