hahahaha definitely appreciate this video dude...ive been putting my phone on speaker so i can talk while i'm driving...it sucks!

but yes i definitely text and talk on the phone while i'm riding...i've fallen a million times but not from talking on my cell yet...knock on wood. lol

I don't often talk on the cell while skating, but the other night (the 4th) my son and i did grab a couple of sparklers and light 'em and carve down the hill in front of our house, ha!

As for driving and talking, in my convertible I always use the headphones anyway since i rock 'em for music/podcasts as well. You're only supposed to have one side in your ear instead of both and i've already gotten pulled over for that but it's pretty easy to talk your way out of it ("sorry officer, i just have them in because it's my handsfree device for my iphone...").

Man, Pacifica is CRAZY on the 4th! People everywhere going buck wild. M-80s going off, fireworks in the streets, etc, etc. Are you anywhere near Nelson Ave.? We might have to skate sometime when i get back from PA.

Yeah, i'm right at the bottom of Nelson by the school. I'm starting to get back into skating now that my arm is healed so when you're around, let me know. And you're right about the fireworks in Pacifica - so many illegal ones going off it's like a professional show. This year it was pretty foggy though so we couldn't see as much.

I do okay. It's a bit awkward cause you have to turn away and shield your phone with one hand while holding it with the other while talking so I've probably only been a pebble away from road rashing my face while answering my phone.

also, for those of you in california, dont talk on a cell phone while you ride your bike, just yesterday i witnessed two cops follow this guy up to the light rail station i was at just to cite him for using his phone while he was on his bicycle
