Holiday Wishlist

With the holidays gradually approaching, the greedy side of humanity pops up, and we start thinking about what we would like to get for the holidays (at least, I am, haha). But it's so easy to just write-up a wishlist of board components/accessories that you want, so let's change it up a little! From all of your skate-related adventures this year, what's something you'd wish for the skateboard community either in your immediate area or as a whole?

In general:

I wish that people in cars would just deal with boarders on the road the same way they generally would bikers and not FREAK OUT. By the same token, I hope that more boarders learn general street-riding ediquette and not maintain the stigma the public has about skaters.

My community:

I wish that more people outside of the area show up for our events.

I would like ft collins to have shifts in the tectonic plates east of the rockies and magically form hills around my campus. other than that, cops to shove off when im riding in the bike lane on campus and have a nice speed run with banked turns, kinda like bobsled status.

- I wish that our skate club would get a CONCRETE park and not that skatewave stuff.

- I wish that skateboarding would be allowed on campus again at my University.

- I wish that the city skatepark in Morehead would stop leaving the friggin' lights off all evening so we wont have to skate completely in the dark anymore.

- I wish that there were more longboarders. After this spring I'll be the only one left here in my county when my friend goes back to Switzerland.

i wish the earthes tectonic plates would collide within the houston area and thus creating hills for this flat ass place. yes a building or so will fall over its cool they have insurance.

i wish my heel would fully recover so it doesnt hurt after every small session

and materialistically i wish for a loaded dervish with randals and tangs... and im buying this for myself anyway so wishes do come true lololo

Hahaha, yes! I wish that the high school kids carrying their boards up the street to the local high school would stop wearing their sister's jeans. I really don't get it, I mean, why would you wear pants that force you to choose which side your nuts have to hang on? And then smash said nuts? ridiculous

im pretty sure some of the fastest hils in america are around ft collins

I wish that chip seal was outlawed. And the roads in my neighborhood to be bigger than a one lane road, I would have endless amounts of dh runs in my neighborhood if that was the case.

personally, what the creater said. the publics view of skateboarders is pretty bad. from experience i tend to see reg skateboarders getting into way more sh** than us longboarders. If we all do our part to not be buttholes on the street, then the respect from outsiders will come.
