Haha nice, im the one jumping the dude btw.
And about the helmets I know im getting my own gear soon and i'll be getting one. I started longboarding a couple months ago and im using my a loner board from my friend Brad, and some ancient slide gloves I inherrited from another friend Matt, and ive worn the pucks to nothing.

haha i dig it dude, pretty good for only a couple months... my slide gloves are gardenin gloves with tiles vecroed on haha.

Hey man whatever works, I was planning on making mine too. I was gonna saw up some thick plastic cutting board into slide pucks and velcro them onto some nice leather gloves I had. But on my first longboarding trip my buddy bought a new pair of gloves, and he gave me his old ones haha.
