Photoshop Download

I want to get photoshop for my computer and I found this link to download but I don't know if its safe, good or free. I've had so many problems with my comp I'd rather find out if its good before actually downloading it. Anyone used this Photoshop - Download Photoshop Now!?

dont download that. I'd say the only way to get a legit copy of photoshop is to buy it and its not cheap.

their is a program ( although, I have never used it ) that is exactly like photoshop but is free. I can't recall what the program is called but.... someone else may be able to chime in on this.

PS CS4 is NOT free. It's a few hundred USDs. If it was free, it'd be Illegal.... That's fail. Don't post that shit here.

If you want something better, legit and free (open source), go here: GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program

Otherwise, don't advertise illegal copies of software or claim it's free when it's a free trial.

Try a program called paint.net. Its a lot like photoshop.

sorry, I wasn't trying to advertise this as good or free software. thats why I was looking for advice because i'm ignorant on the subject. So can anyone confirm which is a reliable alternative?

GIMP and Paint.Net are both very good. Neither can really match Photoshop though. I used to hate people who said that - then I tried it and was an instant convert. If you want Photoshop, do a Google Blog Search for "Photoshop CS3 Portable" or "Photoshop CS4 Portable."

As other have said before Gimp is the best way to go if you're looking for a free program. I've used gimp before and I currently use photoshop. Gimp holds it's own against photoshop, it's a great program to use.

look photoplus up on google. Its made by serif. Its freeware.
Hope it helps.

EDIT: I used to use it before i got PS, made the transfer easy as it utilizes a similar interface.

Cann0n, do u even skate? You have 2400 posts in 6 months. You come and act like your the highest silverfish authority and the demigod of pointing out the search button. anyways i heardd that photoshop is around $500. (my sister wants it) so id just stick with what other people are suggesting unless you have money to blow.

haha yea $500 is just slightly out of my price range lol. To be honest I don't need amazing software I just want to fool around with some pictures and hopefully make them look a little better
