I absolutely love how they do the cutouts on that board. Really sleek and awesome. Perfect surfboard shape and great for boardwalking... But man, replace those Gullwings!
-
looks to me like the cutouts were made with a conventional Tracker style truck in mind, they look to be too far forward to be of any use with a Gullwing/Randal style baord

New board
I bought one of those from the Yard Sale a month or so ago and I'm loving it. Gravity even hooked me up with the new logo/design. Those wheel wells are supposedly cut perfectly for the Randal 150's. That's what I have on there and it looks right.

If you look at the complete Gravity sell it with the tracker 149's. I bought one for my son Max (see pic) and put the Retro Bertz on it with the trackers and it is a SWEET set up.

dang your son is padded up major. Is that a koozie on his hand in the first pic? BTW 105 for a classic cruiser is a great deal...
-
Looks like he's ready to play Roller Derby. Nothing wrong with padding up your kids, just don't do it with maxi pads....used ones at that!

If you were a young and a impretional kid and saw Garry fluitt fly thru the air and shatter his collar bone you may wear pads as well. As a parent I am happy he is wanting to wear them. Who here has taken a plunge and "planted" a sholder, even at slow speeds and felt the bite of the concrete? I saw him take a digger and slide his sholders on the pavement with no ill effect. I must say I rest easier knowing he likes to where them. He now pushes himself faster than if he did not have them at all

I am 235lbs and it has a medium flex, although I have just stood on it, Have not taken it out for a real test. My son is 170lbs and you can see in the first picture he is cranking around a hard turn and there is a bit of a flex. but it is not too squishy.
