Jason really is cool. At the Dixie Cup race my wife and I were working the registration table. As he walked into the hotel I told my wife who he was. As he registered my wife said "You need to sign the deck over here that we're getting all the racers to sign." Jason said without missing a beat, "I'll sign your deck if you sign mine." and he picked up his board and put it on the table. My wife signed it and it was the highlight of her weekend.

... Very true Mom, when we have some weekend ride and slalom he would show up and give advice..let you try some boards..he was even giving away some helmuts he had if anyone needed one. "Nicest guy" is too weak for Jason. (I felt all of the COSS racers are very nice too)

i would have set that if i knew it, it would be awesome to meet him next year because i won't have to nag my parents to drive to the farm, i can!

He is currently ranked # 1 in the world in Slalom! and has one of the most amazing collections of vintage skateboards. I heard it was around 200+ I was at his famed Basment Banked Slalom party this year and I still dont believe what I saw down there. It is shown briefly in the Mountains of Tranny DVD.
