Very cool, although I just have the urge to kill hookers.

    Was this the intent?

You haven't done slalom til you've dodged hobos and students to get to class.

    YYYEEOOUCCCHHH!

    That's hot.

What do you weigh? Might want to fiddle with those bushings a little. Try that blue bottom front and go harder in the back, at least blue/blue.

Also wanted to make sure you've got enough wedge up front. You need two wedges for 20 degrees.

Let me know if I can help. Look forward to ridding with you in 2006.

Definitely more wedging, after riding it around it feels like it has alot more undiscovered responsiveness... I weigh 150, I just stuck the bushings in there and gave it a whirl. Rocked like that, can't wait to have more wedging and do some bushing changes...

Definitely looking forward to riding with you as well man!

Aren't you around my age, 15-16? How did you afford a setup like that?

Did he get you the Splitfires somehow, or what? I was just wondering.

Either way, very nice setup. Makes me jealous. I just finished upgrading my current ride and I'm quite upset that I'm not going to be able to run cones for a while. I'm also hoping to aquire a Splitfire thru the holiday season, but I'm not sure if I need one with an 8mm'd RT-S in back.

Good deal, man. I'm currently doing a site for Mile High Mark's wife and am getting paid in skate gear as well, good deals, eh? Considering I just got this 8mm'ed RT-S and I can space it out to different widths I really want to ride it before I decide that I need to drop $100 on a Split. I've been searching for a garage where I can run cones and am still looking. If you skate with Joe next season I bet we'll get to skate as well. Enjoy that board.

Let me save you the trouble, any center axle truck is better then a simple rt-s by a factor of about 30, especially for the begginners like us. Traction is worth its weight in gold.

    * you make this harder on me than it already is
alright, well I didn't mean to do that...

Let me put it another way... ride your rts untill you get your technique to the point where you are no longer just getting through the cones, but are actually generating speed through them. Its at this point that you'll need a good rear, cause you'll be throwing your weight around.
