    Try and keep your shoulders square don't let your right hand be pulled backward as you slide. keep you hand out infront of your front truck. Having your weight forward taking weight of your back wheels will help you to push the back wheels out to do a speed check. Shifting your weight forward and backwards as you slide is crucial in controling speed checks. Forward to slide backwards to grip up. You don't look to bad keep practicin Hope that helps. Aloha
