Freeboard bindings on a skateboard, I've been seeing a good bit of that lately. Seems kind of like a cop-out to me though.

When I got my first skateboard at ten years old I couldn't figure out how to ollie or anything so I took my bike apart and took out the inner turbe. I would put one end around the board and hold the tube slack in one of my hands so I could just pull up when I jumped, and my board would come with me.

I use skyhooks on my longboard because it has no kicks and I gotta get up curves and stuff all the time. But putting these on a board that already has the capability to ollie is pretty nonsensical to me. So I agree with 3 toes
