    Default The Streets of Paris

Just thought these vidoes may interest some riders whose wheels are gonna roll through Paris sooner or later.

Paris is a great place to longskate, the police are tolerant, the local scene is strong and welcoming, the food (not the tourist traps) is good and at night the streets belong to us

I know my history. Operation Overlord was the codename for the invasion of Normandy (D-Day) and for as far as I remember, normandy is in france

@Basch sorry, my misunderstanding of the word "invasion", but no worries no offense taken.

BAM BAM, when are you hitting Paris ? There are so many places to cruise and if you are with Mr Colton I am sure you will be able to pick up some sick footage... you will surely end up at the Trocadero for checking out the tower and some sliding but II recommend you check out "La Defense" too.

Funny story, a buddy of mine went to Paris on vacation to be all "worldly". Within one of hour of being in France, he had is luggage stollen when buying food. He was pick pocketed on the way out of the airport and before discovering his wallet was gone and returning to the airport he saw a dead bum laying out baking under the hot sun.

Well... I live in Paris, and none of these things happened to me. Is your friend some sort of "unlucky" guy?

Anyway, Paris is good for cruising... check out Montmartre: Highest hill in Paris! (and a bit ridiculous too )
Remember out session there Yem !!! Call me when you come back to the city of lights.

Yo Damice, yep can't forget that cool session nor the bistrot with the yummy food and cool photos too. Thanks for that one! Part 3 which will be out real soon, has a couple of clips of your local spots and part 4 has a big section over there. Will definitely give you a call next time i'm back in Paris, but not sure when that will be....

Kickflip ? There's a kickflip in "Crusing the City of Lights"(part2)? or in "Urban Assault"(part1) for that matter ?

Have you been hacking away or something cos there are a couple of kickflips in part 3, but I wouldn't say they are huge... mmm what's going on? lol

I would have hooked you up, just to go skating and pick up some new influences but am afraid I'm on the opposite end of France now. I will ask around if anyone can hook you up, but I doubt that they will be able to host 5 persons, as appartements in Paris are pretty small.
