Default Nothing much, just the result of a bunch of work

It's getting late, everyone in Richmond decided to have an auto accident and oh yeah,
this - aside from a bit more clean up and some bolt holes - is done.

    9 1/4" X 37"
    Rockered concave cutaway form.
Maple, glass and core cell 6lb foam
    StringRail
    Vlam.
    All vlam.
    Stringers.
    Rails.
    Nose and tail blocks.
    Everything.
    A 2lb, 3oz (~ 1kg) bouncing baby board.

Three sub assembly molds to make the individual parts.
Main mold to lay them all up.
Each of the individual parts can be laminated in wood, wood/glass, wood/carbon or some other combination.
When composites are sandwiched in the vlam assembly, the stringers and rails form the equivalent of I beam webs.
The members spring more than they flex which is why snow boards in particular are using this construction method.

Crappy pics because all my time has been spent working recently so pics emailed off of the camera phone is the best on hand.
It get's wrapped and shipped in the next day or so.

The build-off winners are each getting a Trashmanian Devil garbage core using the same construction method though shaped like the LUNA boards for reasons I'll cover when the speed board is introduced.

Looks great! Every time I see one of your new boards, it makes me wanna go build some more. I can't wait till I can get back home to my garage.

Well I love the stringrail and foam combo and this board looks amazing

Also if its like the board I have (same general construction) then it should have a cushioning spring flex, its very nice. Course I weight like 140 so I cant flex it that much.
