Yeah, what are the extra bearings for? Is it just so you can change them out?

    haha

Anyways, correct me if I'm wrong (because i know next to nothing about slalom). They're for mounting the hanger to the baseplate. The idea of a rear hanger for slalom is stablity and lean without turning...I think. So the bearings there where the hanger mounts to the baseplate allows for quick response and fluid movements while mounting the hanger at an angle that prevents any real turning from the back truck.

I took a bad fall on 5/24/2008 at Mt. Baker, went off the road and fell down the side of the mountain. I went into a coma, badly broke my pelvis, lacerated my liver and almost died on the mountain AND later in the hospital. The rehabilitation therapists had to teach me how to do everything again...everything.

I survived that mountain because of my helmet...WEAR ONE and send your family to the hospital, not the morgue.

That will never work. There are no threads on the axles. Oh well, back to Trackers.

Not to distract from Chris' craftsmanship..but even he stated it's Geezer's brainchild ..Geezer has had that on the drawing board for years... great concept! Nice work Chris!

    enough....

usually about $x amount in materials, but i use the cnc machine at school so i dont have to pay for machine time, but i do have to pay tuition, which costs about $y

so it costs me ( $x*number of trucks i make+$y(per quarter) )/number of trucks i make = amount per truck

and yes, it is definatly geezers idea, which is why im not selling any of these trucks, i respect him a lot. i know hes been working really hard on all kinds of things, and i have no idea what the status of his trucks are at the moment, but this is just a project that i wanted to do for fun, just kind of something different.
