Unless Carveboard radically changed their trucks, no those are not Carveboards.
Look at the trucks with the axle bolt hanging out (like MBS mountainboard channel trucks) and a nut being put on by the guy in the assembly shop.
Carveboard trucks are not designed that way.

CarveBoardSports is still alive and well.
Carveboard did not do a redesign on their trucks, I just asked them.
This board is called a Drop Board or a Carveboard Drop Board.
The folks at CarveBoardSports know about it (for a couple years now) but can't do anything about it.
Ripped off every design element verbatim except they cast the axle in.
Every other detail is exactly the same.
Deck shape, length and drop.
Same 8X3 Cheng Shin slick tire.
Hub is not the typical Tri Spoke MBS hub rip off but exactly like the Carveboard.
Trucks are cast top and bottom and shaped the same with the exact same width and spring arrangement and placement.
Trucks mount with two bolts, the same way as Carveboard.
Even the rubber foot stop in back is a dead copy.
I disagree, it looks just like their current board.
Not Carveboard shirts but even they look very similar (Carveboard guys laughed at that)
The only other thing (other than axle) they changed was the griptape pattern.
