i've had that happen with a bus, except with a bus you no longer have your lane... needless to say I took a tumble

I've had similar close calls. The key is to be in control and gripping when you pass the car. I try to drift before, then grip and apex the corner as you pass the car. So far it has worked out. "knock on wood"

but yes i have had the crazy/dumb bus driver thing happen, pulled right out in front of me right after he looked direcly at me, luckily jumped off the board ( he almost ran that over) got in front of the bus and proceded to cuss him out ( i know not the best thing to do) but all the moms who saw said i was in the right, and told me if i was there kid they would have said much worse. coolest parents ever
