some new ads

This next one requires some explanation. A couple of evolutions dvds ago, gravity boards had a shot of one of their riders smoking a cigarette through his nose. this is a call out.

Ladies and Gentlemen: Tom Stetler. Gnarliest dude ever on and off the board. King of steeze/sleeze. And FYI, he really did smoke 6 cigs at once. That's not posed. He hot "Man Eated" today on the legendary MANEATER of ColoRADo.

I love having Tom on the pro team because he will tell it like it is, to your face, no matter who you are. In fact, I think the first thing he ever said to K-rimes was something about how he totally spanked his mom last night.

Tom will drink you under the table, punch you in the face, and be your best friend, All in the same night. He's not a longboarder, he's a skateboarder and he is the cornerstone of the Venom Racing Crew!

Slightly over the top intense?

I like the first one a lot, as long as it is not meant to imply that he is smoking something illegal. Super gnarly.
The second one....slightly whack. (The blatant calling out of another company, along with a very (VERY) loud finger, in my opinion, is not nearly as cool as subtly insulting the company.)

Thats a pretty understandable reaction... and kind of what we were aiming for... To me, callouts should be over the top and blatant...otherwise, it just doesnt accomplish what you are aiming for.

Guys, you aren't taking these right. We're not really trying to sell anything here. Just making some cool promotional bits. Tom IS more hardcore than you.

Second, I've got no beef with Gravity, except for their wheels, and the "Flow" video. It's not a total call out, but if one of their riders manages to smoke more cigarettes at once, we will be beaten. At this point though, a Venom rider holds that record!
