Huge accident with a car...

Some people really are assholes and unfortunately they are usually the ones that tend to procreate 18 offspring. I am glad that you guys are ok and that you have video evidence. A green cherokee with such distinguishable marks(stickers and drivers door panel missing) shouldn't be too hard to identify. Only thing I would be worried about is what was the speed limit on the road?

I can't count how many times I have patiently waited for bicyclists during rush hour on a two lane road. Roads were not built just for cars. They were built for safe use by the public, I don't know why some cagers do not understand this.

me 2 but i had to navigate my way through 2 cars going almost 40 while holding a camera but if i could have i wouldve dented his car up pretty good

That's pretty f*cked up for sure. Good thing there wasn't serious injury. Personally I stay off of roads with a lot of traffic like that, you never know what kind of accident could happen...or what some ass hole will do...

That scum needs some of his own medicine! I agree, take legal action, He was definetely in the wrong, and the outcome could have been much worse do to his road rage attitude. He also almost head on'd the car in the opposite lane.

Well one time I was skating up to an intersection and I got off my board before I got on the sidewalk, and started walking towards the corner of the sidewalk... 0.1 seconds later some guy in an SUV drives up at 15 miles and takes a right at that speed, all while yelling "yall shouldn't be in the middle of the road!!!" and by the time he's done talking I'm already on the sidewalk. His house better have been on fire because that's the most impatient person I've ever seen.

But your story is way more awesome because you get to rape their bank account legally in court.

maybe not a huge accident...
...definitely a gigantic assault!

first thing i did was backtrack the video to see if i could make out the license. then read the posts to see if you got the numbers. armed with the evidence you can start planning how to take care of matters. go the legal route, but if that gets you nowhere...

something like this happened to me on my way to school one day. theres a hill that goes down into a T street thats also downhill to my school and everymorning a bombe the hill when the other street light turns yellow so i hit the light when it turns green so i can go. so i go along side the row of cars and a blue truck swerves out in mid turn and slams onto his brakes. it caused me to go into a slide and i came so close to the back of the truck i got muffler debree/water (or something) on my shirt when he sped off... that guy, was abviously trying to harm me... too bad i didnt get his plates though
