Well I know you all have seen the Claremont HD video with Noah Sakamoto and Patrick Rizzo, super sweet video.

Well now it is being featured on the Daily Kos, for all of those who don't know what that is it is one of the biggest pollitical websights! Click on the link and scroll down an you'll see the vid. People do you know what this will do for the longboard community. Frikin SWEET!!!!

Its just that thousands of people view that sight daily and it was on the top of the front page at one point. I mean it does slot for exposure for the sport.

I was kind of confused on that I at first but I think the founder just thought it was cool so he put it up on the sight. It says he bikes down that hill so that might be the reason for posting it. I don't think that there is a political mesage and if there is I won't say.

not to rain on this... but it was already on Digg's frontpage, a website that gets over one million visitors per day. still cool that it's on the daily kos though, that's pretty legit.

Simple math (or physics?)

Speed=Distance/Time. They can find the distance from the map and the skating time from the video.

That makes me want to be around more hills. 30 can't be that fast? I've hit 35... it was more than about a minute but it wasn't too bad? Had to have been faster.
